A Reputable Manufacturing Factory located in Shubra EL Khima is hiring a Quality Manager position
Job Description:
- Developing the annual work plan for quality management, setting goals and implementation strategy in accordance with the general plan for technical management, and submitting a quarterly report that includes achieved and unrealized results and appropriate suggestions to achieve them.
- Supervise all operations that take place in quality department.
- Supervise the company's quality management system in terms of the effectiveness of its applicationimplementation,theconformity with standard specifications and its continuous development and the creation of an appropriate work environment for that, and the application of the occupational safety and health system and those responsible for it.
- Supervise the monitoring of all operations that take place in the departments and divisions of the company,ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the requirements of the quality system, and work on constantly improving them through monitoring, support, and problem-solving.
- Preserving the confidentiality of information and not disclosing it.
- Participate with the representative of the senior management in developing an internal quality audit plan for all departments of the company to train an appropriate number of the company's employees to form a team of quality auditors in the company from the various departments.
- Coordination with all external parties (companies - organizations - individuals) regarding quality systems and requirements of quality and control of operations in a way that benefits the public interest of the company.
Qualifications:
- BSc in a relevant field
- 7-9 years of experience in the field of occupational safety and health.
- Previous experience in dealing with ERP programs
- Obtaining specialized certificates in the field of quality management
