A Reputable Warehousing & Logistics company located in Cairo is hiring a Customer Care Representative position

Job Description:

Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries and track shipment status.
Manage inventory levels and stock availability, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demands.
Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to address any logistics-related issues or concerns.
Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve logistics operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree is a must.
Fluency in English is a Must.
3-5 years of experience in Customer Care.
Hands-on experience with sales tools such as CRM software.
Ability and willingness to learn about products and service specifications and benefits.
Patient and friendly personality.
