A Reputable E-payments Service company located in 6th of October is hiring a Bill payment Reconciliation and Settlement Team leader position
Job Description:
- Dispute handling and resolution with corrective action
- Daily reconciliation and settlement for payment with Master card, Visa, and Mezza on Fawry Channel (POS, Internet channel) and resolveemerging disputes.
- Review all account reconciliations for accuracy and completion within SLA
- Preparing daily reports to be represented daily average throughputs for every partner to be known for increasing and decreasing of the daily average.
- Handling with our Acquirer bank (NBE – BM) & our online payment website, (Fraud monitoring, reconciliation, customerexperience satisfaction)
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports for all card payment analysis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in commerce or any relevant certificate.
- Minimum 4-6 experience at fawry, Opay, network, e-finance
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must.
