An international shipping line company located in 10th of Ramadan is hiring a Business Development Manager position
Job Description:
- Identify and target potential clients within various industries who require contract logistics services.
- Proactively prospect and build relationships with key decision-makers to secure new business opportunities.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction with our contract logistics services
- Prepare and deliver proposals andpresentations that effectively communicate the benefits of our contract logistics services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, forecasts, and reports.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, warehousing, transportation, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to increase brand visibility and forge valuable partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
- Fluency in English is a Must.
- (4-5) Proven years of experience as a Business Development Manager within the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to track sales activities and manage leads.
- In-depth knowledge of contract logistics to understand clients' complex requirements.
- Willingness to travelas needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
