Job Description:
- Craft talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs
- Formulate career development plans.

- Develop performance management programs to:
- Increase employee morale and employee retention.
- Makes it easier to identify training needs.
- Helps employees define career paths.
- Clearly defined goals and expectations.
- Increases self-motivation and reduces micro-management.
- Ensure our hiring, onboarding, and management procedures are effective for diverse groups
- Evaluate training and development programs
- Develop HR policies for all branches, countries, regions
- Analyze the effectiveness of our HR procedures and tools
- Ensure HR plans align with our mission and business objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- MBA or master's in a related field preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of human resource management experience is preferred.
- Must possess a combination of strong and effective communication skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities to support the overall business strategy.
- Should be empathetic and emotionally intelligent to understand and connect with the employees on a deeper level. This helps in building strong relationships with them.
- Must possess strong leadership skills and ethics to manage a team of other HR professionals.
