Job Description:

• Conducting quality checks on all input materials from providers as well as existing items for distribution regularly.
• Discarding any products or materials that do not meet quality standards.
• Performing inventory checks and keeping quality standards high for audits.
• Keeping a clean and safe working environment & ensure the adherence of all staff members to health & safety policies/regulations.
• Completing diary logs into inventory.
• Reporting any discrepancies & controlling risks & incidents.
• Communicating and cooperating with supervisors and coworkers.
• Ensure the safety & efficiency of warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Maintaining and organizing all records, documentation, and other files associated with quality & inspection processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is a must.
• 1-3 years of proven experience as a quality officer in warehousing preferably infood Safety Protocols.
• Very Good command of English.
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
