Job Description:

• Ideate and develop architectural visual assets to communicate ideas that inform, inspire, and captivate.
• Produce a range of architectural assets, 2D models, 3D models, and renders for print and web projects including pitches, brochures, advertisements, invitations, email banners, andweb graphics.
• Identify and communicate requirements, innovative construction methodologies, timelines, and other possible needs.
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions.
• Provide design solutions with the ability to back up design decisions.
• Implement and maintain a high standard of design, format, and production, while adhering to brand standards.
• Manage and lead a team of Multidisciplinary designers
• Software Proficiency Skills: REVIT, Rhino, Sketch up, Grasshopper, AutoCAD, V-Ray/Maxwell, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop-Illustrator-InDesign), Microsoft (PowerPoint-Word)
  

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor Degree inArchitecture degree is a must.
• Minimum 5-10 years of previous architectural design experience.
• The ideal candidate must have a strong creative design portfolio.
• Able to identify problems, evaluate possible solutions, and be able to identify an optimal solution.
• Ability to present design concepts and articulate ideas on how design can be improved.
• Excellent Command of English.
