An international company located in Cairo is hiring a Training Manager position
Job Description:
- Plan and execute regular training interventions to ensure that all employees possess the required knowledge to serve clients in their respective geographies.
- Manage relevant regional/ corporate L& OD communication channels and provide timely coordination between relevant SPOCs and stakeholders.
- Execute thorough training needs identification and create/maintain global & regional training calendars in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
- Implement global and regional training projects as per timelines set and adapt them for regional use.
- Ensure effective use of digital platforms across respective geographics
- Assess the success of developmental interventions.
- Generate and maintain accurate and timely data as prescribed by MIS requirements and ensure compliance with all standards in respective areas/ geographies as expected by the Organization.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or Global Equivalent Degree.
- Preferably an MBA holder.
- 6-8 years of work experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in training.
- At least 2 years of experience in training delivery.
