An international company located in Sheraton and New Cairo is hiring an Operation Manager - French Speaker position
Job Description:
- Develop and manage a relationship with the French diplomatic missions.
- Conduct regular/Monthly Meetings with the French Mission with the following agenda:
- Animate and coordinate effective and efficient operations, as per French contractual obligations for the French diplomatic mission
- Control & maintain the Unit's Budgets (Revenue & Resources).
- Ensure that the Teams are mentored & work towards adherence toall SOPs/ processes required to complywith the Organizational & ISO perspective.
- Maintain a high level of staff productivity and efficiency [Qualitative & Quantitative].
- Enhance processes to improve the quality and efficiency of the Unit and lead new process rollouts in the respective France Visa Application Centers.
- Ensure necessary product and process training is provided to all staff regularlythrough coaching and development programs (FOST program)
- Work with the Value-Added Services team to create new channels of revenue generation
- Coordinate under the COF’s instructions the development of sales of current and new services in compliance with contract specifications.
- Responsible for Customers Satisfaction Index / Score
- Conduct manpower planning & forecasting for the unit.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 yearsexperience as an operation manager.
- Fluent French speaker is a must.
- Ability to manage teams in a dynamic work environment.
