A multinational company located in Turkey is hiring an Operations Manager position
Job Description:
- Plan and supervise the day-to-day running of business Source-to-Pay operations to ensure smooth progress.
- Meet and exceed performance goals of the Source-to-Pay portfolio across the region.
- Improve key operating metrics – Paid On time, Received on Time, Invoices on Hold, No-PO-No-Pay
- Identify key productivity projects to improve process line efficiency.
- Coordinate teams responsible for operating & supporting the B2P process lines.
- Key point of contact between Genpact and the business. Work closely with client CXOs and process owners, Genpact operating teams, and other internal/external stakeholders
- Key responsibilities include– building and maintaining positive relationships with key customers, driving performance against targets, business transformation, and profitability.
- Collaborate closely with key partners to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
- Lead regular 2-way process Operational reviews with businesses.
- Resolve and deal with customer escalations while maintaining excellent relationships with the customer.
- Demonstrate lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement and drive transformation agenda.
- Improve S2P processes including escalations due to delivery/quality issues, invoicing/payables issues, and database management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or business management
- Relevant number of years in S2P experience with proven experience inleading a team
- Fluent command of English and Turkish language. (Writing and speaking) is a Must.
