A reputable company located in Maadi is hiring a Supply Chain Manager
Job description:
- Previous experience as a supply chain or logistics manager.
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain/logistics processes
- Working experience withERP systems (Preferred Odoo ERP System)
- Aware of all requirements of the NAFEZA system, creating ACID, customs clearance process, etc.
- Aware of NTRA procedures (renewal of the company license, getting approvals, etc.)
- Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests.
- Track orders to ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare shipping documents (invoices, purchase orders, bills of lading, etc.).
- Manage supply chain procedures efficiently to maximize the quality of delivery.
- Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers, customers, etc.
- Provide information to customers about the status of their orders.
- Follow purchase orders payment, physical goods receiving, storing, legalization, documentation, and data entry in different Work systems and applications.
- Making valuable deals with different service providers (Shipping agencies, transportation companies, insurance companies, etc.).
- Help and direct employees of the logistics department in all work matters.
Qualifications:
- B. SC. in international transport and logistics, or relevant field.
- 7-10 years of experience.
- Knowledge of logistics software and transport management systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills.
- A strategic and analytical mind.
- Proficiency in English (writing and speaking).
