A multinational company located in El Sheikh Zayed is hiring a Tax Accountant position
Job description:
- Assist in the local tax operations (VAT , CIT Tax Return, WHT , Def Tax ) by compilation of data in the required formats related to audit, monthly returns, Assessment etc.
- Interactions with the RSS team for tax-related accounting.
- Doing various tax related reconciliations
- Assist in doing testing for system automation activities for tax reports
- Coordinate with tax consultants
- Ensuring correctness of data from tax perspectives by coordinatingwith the relevant stakeholders for rectifications etc if required.
- Ensuring correctness of data from E invoicing input
- Ensuring withholding tax-related compliances, including data compilation for monthly payments, quarterly returns, ,
- Interaction with other business function for collation of details/ documents required for tax compliances
Qualifications:
- Education Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Excellent command of English Language.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and its applications.
- Excellent communication skills.
- 3-5 years of accounting/finance experience with Tax experience is strong plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with accounting software SAP
