A reputable company located in El Mokattam is hiring an HR Manager position
Job Description:
- Review and update organizational structures and job descriptions and prepare manpower planning budget.
- Planning and monitoring employment structures, reviewing job progression programs for employees and employment plans to complete employment structures, and monitoring the implementation of these plans and programs after their approval.
- The annual application of the performance management system of employees and reporting to the COO.
- Good management and motivation of the general administration and urge them to good performance
- Implements the policies and procedures of personnel management and ensures the regularity of time control, vacations, and additional employment and personnel services according to the approved system and within the framework of the Labor Law.
- Analyzes work violations and applies the regulation in consultation with the Administrative Affairs Department to present them to the legal advisor based on the directives of senior management.
- Works to establish good working relations with the Labor and Social Insurance Office and the official authorities related to labor relations and supervises the company's dealings with them
- Supervises the preparation of the database of employees, reviews it and supervises its periodic update, and supervises the extraction of data and statistics and the preparation of periodic reports related to human resources according to the needs and directives of the director of the department
- Apply HRMS & update it.
- Monitors the quality of medical services, monitors the implementation of the regulations governing them, studies the problems of treatment of workers, and takes the necessary measures to solve them.
- Performs other duties assigned to him related to the objectives and nature of the job as directed by the COO.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Practical experience of at least 10 years in the field of human resources mainly in “personnel, OD, and Recruitment” to include at preferably in commercial companies
- Proficiency in spoken and written English – SAP User
- Full knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and human resources practices
- Full knowledge of the labor market and employment service providers
- Proficiency in the use of computers, including basic programs and e-mail, for example, Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of implementing HRM
