An international company located in Cairo is hiring an HR Coordinator position
Job Description:
- Dedicated HR Generalist and main point of contact for all company associates
- Collate monthly payroll input for DCEG and submit to HRBP
- Support in leave management (using internal HR tool)
- Support in liaising between DCMR and medical insurance service provider and social security administration
- Support in talent acquisition process and onboarding of new joiners and exit management
- Support in ensuring HR policies for DCEG are updated and aligned with local labour legislation.
- Assure organizational tasks for office daily operations (Local management assistant, special tasks, travels and visits of internal and external stakeholders, team building / team events, …)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or equivalent
- 3 – 4 years of experience as HR
- Fluent in English
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, time management skills
- Good MS office knowledge
