An international company located in Cairo is hiring an HR Coordinator position


Job Description:
  • Dedicated HR Generalist and main point of contact for all company associates
  • Collate monthly payroll input for DCEG and submit to HRBP
  • Support in leave management (using internal HR tool)
  • Support in liaising between DCMR and medical insurance service provider and social security administration
  • Support in talent acquisition process and onboarding of new joiners and exit management
  • Support in ensuring HR policies for DCEG are updated and aligned with local labour legislation.
  • Assure organizational tasks for office daily operations (Local management assistant, special tasks, travels and visits of internal and external stakeholders, team building / team events, …)
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or equivalent
  • 3 – 4 years of experience as HR
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, time management skills
  • Good MS office knowledge
