An international company located in New Cairo is hiring an HR Deputy Manager position
Job Description:
Ensure the recruitment and selection process
Help achieve departmental goals
Support with departmental training requirements
Control costs when possible and assist in meeting financial targets
Ensure pay reviews/absence monitoring/wage queries are managed in line with company guidelines
Assist and resolve team member and management queries
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Human Resources in all Functions Mainly (Recruitment & Training) with the same Title
Fluent in English is a Must
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
Ability to work on their own or in teams
