Job Description:
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Organize the office layout and administration issues.
  • Organize the business cycles, operations, and SOPs.
  • Organize mailing and handle priorities.
  • Handle calls and calendars.
  • Attention to business details and administrative work.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
  • Fluent in English & French is a must, and German is a plus.
  • Experience 3+ years in Secretarial and Administrative.
  • Expert in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
