Job Description:
Schedule meetings and appointments.
Organize the office layout and administration issues.
Organize the business cycles, operations, and SOPs.
Organize mailing and handle priorities.
Handle calls and calendars.
Attention to business details and administrative work.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
Fluent in English & French is a must, and German is a plus.
Experience 3+ years in Secretarial and Administrative.
Expert in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
