A multinational company located in Sheraton is hiring an Instrumentation Engineer position
Job Description:
- Handling the design of instrumentation, control, and automation systems design architecture for different types of processes and projects.
- Proven experience in different projects; industrial, water and wastewater pumping station, DCP, office, residential, hotels, etc.
- Preparation of BMS/SCADA systems risers and layout drawings.
- Preparation of P&ID drawings.
- Sound understanding of different electrical and mechanical equipment automation requirements.
- Preparation of system specifications for BMS and SCADA systems.
- Familiar with the local country codes of the Middle East and Gulf countries.
- Coordination of control and instrumentation works with other disciplines.
- Communicate efficiently with different stakeholders of the project.
- Experience in working with Revit, BIM 360, Navisworks, and other BIM tools is a must.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of proven experience in handling intermediate and mega projects in the Middle East region within a consultancy firm.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical/mechatronics engineering from a reputable university.
- Excellent command of the English language. (Writing and speaking)
- Ability to work in multi-cultural, multilingual environments.
- Writing professional reports.
