Job Description:
  • Own and hit/exceed company quarter & annual sales & margin targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Supporting sales team & help them on converting leads to opportunities through guidance.
  • Expand company business into new sectors/territories
  • Building a strong sales team, enhancingcompetence and providingguidelines
  • Builds business relationships with the Company’s Distributors, Vendors, and Consultants.
  • Look for new sectors & accounts, and direct team efforts to those accountsunder the Company’s Egypt business plan.
  • Participate in sales activities on major accounts
  • Reviews sales progress throughout the companywith peers from Presales & Professional Service.
  • Collaborates with both departments to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
  • Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams.
  • Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity.
  • Formulates all sales policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Coaches sales team in establishing personal contact and rapport with top decision-makers.
  • Interprets short and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
  • Proper sales support, management of expenses, and business/financial issues on contracts.
  • Set strategic directions and 3 years ahead growth planwith the Company’s Egypt top management.
Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree orequivalent
  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
  • Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager, or sales and marketing director in the same Field (Information technology)
  • Ability to communicate, present, andinfluenceall levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability toposition productsagainst competitors
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
