A Reputable company located in Heliopolis is hiring a HR Personnel Specialist position
Job Description:
- Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance, and building a strong relationship with them.
- Maintain records of personnel-related data (Employeedatabase, etc.).
- Preparing Form 1 and Form 6 Insurance and submitting them to Social Insurance
- Dealing with inspection reports to remove any insurance violations.
- Extracting all correspondence between the worker and the insurance(insurance printers to renew licenses and cards...).
- Preparing the financial dues for each company separately, matching them with salaries, and submitting them to the Financial Department to extract social security checks.
- Preparing and submitting health insurance beneficiary forms.
- Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for (e.g extra vacation days)
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional experience in personnel.
- Very good command ofEnglish in both written and speaking.
- Good problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
