A reputable company located in Heliopolis is hiring an IT Manager position
Job Description:
- Monitor network utilization and performance, implements procedures for network optimization, reliability, and availability
- Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
- Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization
- Conducting regular system audits
- Proven expert in ERP SYSTEMS.
- Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff
- Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
- Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget
- Providing direction for IT team member
- Manage information technology and computer systems
- Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
- Verify application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented
- Preserve assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time for critical errors.
- Oversee plans implementation, follow-up of installations and training on systems and devices, and ensure the security and viability of the networks and means of communication with the company.
- Follow up on technological development and recent information in its field.
- Ensure that the objectives of the company's information systems are achieved through the constant development of systems, programs, devices, and networks.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in the same field
- Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information, analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
- Expertise in data center management and data governance
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation
