A reputable company located in Cairo is hiring an IT Help Desk position
Job Description:
Provide HelpDesk support to achieve the agreed department goals.
Support users in usingcomputer equipment by providing necessary trainingand advice.
Set up new useraccounts and required programs.
Maintain a log of any software or hardware problems detected.
Answer inquiries and resolvesoftware or hardware problems.
Procurementcoordination with the suppliers.
Coordination with the finance team to ensure timely payment for suppliers.
Active Directory, DNS, DCHP, Sophos firewall endpoint, VMware.
IT awareness contentincluding video tips, emails, or any communication channel.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or any equivalent degree is a must.
CCNA, MCSA, MCSE is a plus.
2 - 3 years of experience in the similar field.
