A multinational company located in Cairo is hiring a Maintenance Engineer position.
Job Description:
- Comply with all company policies and regulations and International Standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025, ISO 18001, FSSC 22000, KORE, and WPR Policy.
- Monitorthe preventive maintenance plan and regularly updating the plan according to the machine condition and history.
- Ensuring minimizing the breakdowns by reducingthe response time and reaching the optimum solution in minimum time.
- Implementing the excellence in maintenance EXIM by executing the TIPlan on time.
- Ensuring the spare parts availability by purchasing all needed spare parts and maintenance consumables.
- Manage, lead and motivate a multi-skilled technicians group in an empowered team-based environment, ensuring full engagement of team membersto meet company requirements regarding safety and quality.
- Ensure timely completion of all corrective and preventive actions to avoid repeats of Service and Quality defects, and all audit non-conformances.
- Take responsibility for the Performance Management of Team members, establishing clear objectives and continuously reviewing to ensure execution.
- This position also actively participates and contributes to the success of the site reliability improvement program and the continuous improvement teams in operations.
- Responsible for PM budget adherence and providing year-on-year efficiencies
- Contributes to Engineering Projects in the assigned area to ensure that maintainability, cost-effectiveness, and safety requirements are delivered
- Participates and contributes to the success of the site reliability improvement program and the continuous improvement teams in operations.
- Utilizing SAP maintenance module for managing the PM program and extracting the reports.
- Ensuring achieving the plant's KPIs and the department performance measures.
- Provide assistance to develop and set up the predictive and proactive maintenance program for the plant in all mechanical & Electrical areas.
- Develop, communicate and maintain a workable and forward schedule to balance work requirements and site priorities across production needs and maintenance resource constraints
- Analyze maintenance performance and recommends actions to improve performance
- Aids develop and setup all predictive and preventive maintenance programs in all mechanical, and Electrical areas
- Schedule and plan mechanical tests, preventive, current and major repairs. Ensure management’s approval of these plans.
- Issue monthly reports of maintenance expenses, costs
- Leading KPI’s reporting & Maintenance Scorecard
- Flow of work orders from requisition till execution and allocation of costs
- Responsible for managing all utilities (2 cold stores- 2Boilers- 2 compressors-1 heat exchanger- A/Cs-…etc)
- Applying FMEA & RCA as analytical tools
- Participate in operator’s technical capabilities development.
- As a food safety team member, responsibility in the food safety team is as listed in HCP-2, in addition to any specific task assigned during the FS meeting, as deemed appropriate
- Encourage appropriate positive attitudes towards EOHS
- Apply relevant EOHS policy and procedures
- Actively participate in EOHS inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Ensure all hazards and incidents are reported and investigated appropriately, and suitable controls are implemented.
- Has the authority to stop any activity that violate the company EOSH management system.
- Encourage appropriate positive attitudes towards EOHS
- Apply relevant EOHS policy and procedures
- Actively participate in EOHS inspections, audits, and risk assessment.
- Ensure all hazards and incidents are reported and investigated appropriately and proppercontrols are implemented.
- Has the authority to stop any activity that violates the company EOSH management system.
- Participating in the Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) program
- Fully committed to comply with the food safety policy and to the continuous improvement of the food safety system/framework.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering (Mechatronics)
