An international company located in 5th Settlement is hiring a Sales Expert
Job Description:
- Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance and assist with discovery of company’s products
- Educate consumer about the products and conduct guided trials
- Perform seamless purchase transactions, assisting with customization & after-sales services
- Provide exceptional customer service experience by executing product diagnosis, returns and replacements
- Execute retail store operations adhering to Retail Store Operations Guidebook, including, but not limited to: inventory management, store readiness and store presentation standards
- Ensure delivery of set KPI targets (e.g. consumer satisfaction score),
Qualifications:
- Warm character and enthusiastic personality
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant consumer-facing experience e.g. service-led, hospitality, customer care or retail experience
- Knowledge of retail or business systems (e.g. POS, MS Office etc.)
- Arabic speaker with good English
- Excellent communication skills
- Consumer Centric mindset
- Excellent Collaboration skills
- Very good problem-solving skills
