A reputable company located in Sheraton is hiring an HR Manager
Job Description:
Work closely with GM and Senior Managers in developing the annual business plan, objectives and KPI’s for the entire organization.
Ensure each employee has clear annual objectives and measurable KPI’s.
Prepare and control spend within HR Budget (Training + Recruitment costs)
Review and propose changes in the C&B policy based on market benchmark analysis and job analysis.
Monitor proposed and implemented changes in employee C&B and organization structure to ensure that the chosen approach is implemented in line with policy, fairly and consistently across the company.
Assist the finance department in any increment and bonus disbursement exercises
Provide effective and timely recruitment solutions for all agreed assignments. Ensuring recruited employee’s fit the need of the role and fit within the organization’s cultural environment.
Provide operational HR support to the organization, developing effective working relationships with managers and encouraging the development of HR best practices.
Track the adherence to the “HR cycle” - support and advise the management team on status and keeping to the schedule.
Qualifications:
Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
People oriented and results driven
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of labor law andHR best practices
