A multinational company located in Cairo is hiring a Sales Admin
Job Description:
Support sales team activities
Handle customer inquiries, prepare and send quotations, and register customer orders
Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
Maintain sales and customer records
Prepare sales performance reports
Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
Support marketing related activities
Collaborate with Sales Manager to continuously improve sales department performance
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration
5 years of professional experience, preferably in related technical sales function
Ability to handle technical and commercial topics
Experience with ERP and CRM systems
Self-motivated and initiative
Strong organizational skills
Customer Oriented
Team player
Proficiency of English language, German is a plus.
