Scope of the role:
Plan, conduct, develop and administer custom training programs in classrooms or training facilities that train employees and improve their skills and knowledge.
Job Description:
- Responsible for designing, organizing, and/or delivery training programs that meet defined business requirements.
- Responsible for program administration, including scheduling, communications, materials production, facilities coordination, and participant tracking.
- Deliver face to face and virtual classroom training, by creating a positive learning environment ensuring that all delegates receive appropriate motivation, direction, coaching, and feedback to achieve learning objectives.
- Plan and prepare for an effective, organized, and well-structured training program so as to maximize the learning opportunity and achieve objectives.
- Maintain, update, and prepare course equipment and facilities, in order to run courses effectively.
- Develop expertise to take responsibility to build and extend their relevant industry, product, competitive to provide effective training delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- 3+ years of working experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Fast learner.
- Report analysis.
- Work well under pressure.
- Time management.
- Accurate & detailed.
- Process implementation.
- Highly detail-orientated.
- Deadline-orientated.
- Proficiency in English both written & verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
