The function of this position is to drive the development of the portfolio of clients as per the company commercial strategy. The main responsibility of this position to develop an engine for scaling and growth as well as manage conflicts and commercially protect the company.
Job Description:
Assess company portfolio of clients as per strategic parameters set
Identify parameters for development per company strategy
Generate and manage leads to develop company portfolio
Allocate sales force towards securing aforementioned leads and opportunities
Manage and support sales force through the company sales cycle
Acquire key accounts and manage the company’s relationship with the client as per set policy
Develop strategic relationships to fuel growth and scaling
Hire, train and develop sales force
Assist in sales related problem solving issues
Handle conflict resolution negotiations
Review client contracts operationally and commercially
Align growth internally with complimentary service functions

Qualifications:
10 years of industry experience in sales and/or sales management
