A reputable company located in Smart Village is hiring a General Manager


Job Description:
  • Design strategy and set goals for growth
  • Set Company Objectives and the required strategies to achieve these objectives.
  • Develop the annual business plan and The Company’s budget as per company’s strategic direction.
  • Develop marketing strategy to increase sales and improve company image.
  • Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
  • Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
  • Develop and amend pricing strategies as per market’s and competitors’ analysis.
  • Maintain that every department’s internal processes are in alignment the company policies and procedures.
  • Review and approve company’s financial reports.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7 years working with aProven experience in IT Field as a General Manager or similar executive role
  • Fluent in English is a Must
  • BA in Business or relevant field, MBA is a plus Experience in planning and budgeting
  • Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, operations etc.)
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
