Job Description:
Use high-level perspective to define goals and create a vision for development projects.
Communicate with stakeholders across the board, including customers, business managers, and the development team to make sure the goals are clear and the vision is aligned with business objectives.
Incorporate feature requests into product road-map.
Create the list of backlog items and prioritize them based on the overall strategy and business objectives.
Map out project dependencies to inform the necessary sequence of development.
Juggle the triangle of scope, budget, and time, weighing priorities according to the needs and objectives of stakeholders.
Overseeing the actual development of the product in all stages.
Anticipate the client’s needs to more effectively manage the development process.
Act as the primary communicator and link between stakeholders and teams.
Inspect and evaluate product progress through each iteration.
Qualifications:
Work experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.
Technical background with knowledge of software development, web technologies, and mobile development.
In-depth knowledge of agile process and principles.
Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.
Experience in RPA applications is a plus.
Highly-motivated individual with a genuine interest in technology and a passion to deliver cutting-edge products.
Very strong experience of Agile development.
Outstanding communication, presentation, team work and leadership skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
