Job Description :
- Achieve Monthly Sales Target and exceeds them by Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Provide the most genuine customer service to all your clients making sure that you have the full product and real estate knowledge to share accurate and correct data with your clients.
Qualifications :
- Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson
- Proven track of successful sales record
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Pleasant and trustworthy
- MS Office familiarity
- Real estate agent’s or broker’s licence
