A multinational company located in Fifth Settlement is hiring a Finance and Administration Officer


Job Description :
  • Preparation of annual budget for the LE Cost Centre
  • Quarterly report for Corporate Cost Centre on spends YTD v budget and forecast; and forecast for the year v budget and previous forecast
  • Review Expense reports processing/chargebacks and maintain records
  • Coordinate with the operating company and HR in order to prepare Data for payroll
  • Process petty cash payments, reconcile petty cash, request for replenishments according to policy
  • Coordinate receipt of vendors requests, place PO's based on approved vendors, Coordinate selection process for vendors
  • Prepare and maintain a proper documentation for external parties” such as external auditor, tax authorities
  • Ensuring adherence to Danaher policies, e.g. travel, insurance, etc.
  • Review internal and compliance audits and address with Danaher operating companies’s when required
  • Ensuring high general compliance standards.
  • Oversee all local statutory audit and tax return preparation.
  • Other financial and accounting matters as required
  • Manage hiring & onboarding activities in liaison with region Danaher operating Co==companies and DHR HR
  • Represent the legal entity on all Labor relations related issues
  • Company and associates’ employment records keeping
  • Manage health insurance negotiations and renewal
Qualifications :
  • Education: University degree, Finance/BA
  • 3 years in financial accounting or finance shared service, controllership
  • Payroll/HR accounting, Sourcing & vendor management
  • Ability to put in place and sustain the right level of controls
  • Hands-on professional.
  • Ability to demonstrate Strong Financial analysis skills.
