A Saudi company located in Nasr City is hiring a Proposal Specialist

Job Description:

Comply with department, team and project processes and identify innovative ways for improving efficiency of Proposal process.
Possess complete knowledge of company, product and industry.
Review quotation orders and resolve order acceptance issues.
Work with Proposals Lead and be responsible for updating RFP response.
Enhance RFP and proposal response process to improve win-rate.
Collect customer documentation and evaluate bid requests and specifications.
Develop proposal department resource library of proposal tools, documents and graphics.
Support business development efforts such as BAFO responses and presentations.
Translate technical information to produce engaging proposals and presentations.
Provide ongoing proposal strategy and support—producing high quality content.
Ensure proposal responses are compliant with specific request for proposal (RFP) requirements, as needed.

Requirements and skills:

Relevant Certification will be a plus.
Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent.
Must have an experience in Service Provider or System Integrator company for at least 5 years.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple pursuits and deadlines.
Strong technical writing skills.
Must have experience in Presales and working with different teams like bidding and sales.
Have knowledge of to design and architect a complete solution for the below tracks.
Must have good to expert technical experience inone or more from the below tracks:
