Job Description :
- Develop & monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics across the organisation alligned with overal business stratgies
- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Maintain pay plan and benefits programs
- Ensure legal compliance throughout the HR management
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system to increase performance and decrease the turnover rat
- Assess training need to apply and monitor training programs
Qualifications :
- Computer Skills:Excellent in MS office suit
- Language Proficiency:Excellent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor Degree:Commerce or business adminstration
- Years of Experience:4-6 Years
