Job Description :
  • Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
  • Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take
  • Maintain the financial health of the organization.
  • Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
  • Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
  • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
  • Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
Qualifications :
  • Managing all the financial services for a big company or 2-3 medium sized companies.
  • Responsible for setting the finance strategy to ensure the business is operating effectively and efficiently. Through dealing with finance, accounting, engineering, marketing, personnel and operations to achieve business profitability while having proper internal controls.
  • Also handles banks relationship management, bank facilities, feasibility studies including cash flow, NPV, IRR, and ROI. Together with proper reporting and payment to all taxing authorities, related purchases and corporate documentation. Along with managing accounting and monitoring internal controls.
