A multinational company located in Downtown is hiring a Quality Manager
Job Description :
Be the Project Quality Representative, liaising with the company's Egypt staff, G3 Consortium Partners, Project Parties and the headquarters Quality Manager for all quality matters
Establish the Quality Management System for the project (plan and procedures) and supporting documentation (procedures, templates, instructions, etc.), and establish tools, when needed
Propose a practical system in the simplest possible way yet following ISO 9001 principles
Deploy the system through the company (including training) and ensure that consortium partners do the same
Develop Quality Culture and good practice inside the company'sEgypt
Monitor from Design to Handover conformance of the activities with the requirements processes in place
Ensure the day to day support to the teams on quality processes and organizational issues and lessons learned
Develop, implement and maintain tools (eg. indicator) to monitor and report quality performance on a weekly and monthly basis, analysis results and propose areas for improvement and take necessary actions to adapt the System;
Manage/Monitor and review Non Conformance Reports for the company's and the consortum partners and remedial actions (and their associated corrective / preventive actions); assist in their preparation and processing as required
Organize/Participate to quality inspections and audits (internal, partners or contractors)
Monitor and review Method Statements and Inspection & Test Plans with respect to quality requirements
Check Field Changes Requests with respect to quality requirements
Monitor and review project closeout documentation including Quality Record Submissions, tracking and closure of Punch List Items, As-built documentation, O&M Manuals; assist in their preparation and processing as required
Assist when required in arranging inspections and testing by Project and external Parties
Qualifications :
Master degree or equivalent.
Candidate must have at least 10 years work experience with evidence of positive leadership on similar large project
Broad technical knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems and of Civil Works interface
Experienced in making simple QMS processes, procedures, deploying and managing them and seek improvement
Experience with smoothly deploying and effectively a QMS awareness within the company
Deep experience international regulations/standards on Quality Management (ISO 9001)
English proficiency is mandatory (reading/writing/speaking) – French is a plus
