A multinational company located in El- Maadi is hiring a Fuel Cards Account Manager
Job Description :
- Follow up, control and implement the HSE procedures & recommendations in addition of the 12 Golden Rules
- pay specific attention to the full respect of the driving policy
- support the management in emphasizing HSE culture in the company
- Manage a portfolio of customers with different industry segments.
- Develop card business through prospection and new acquisitions
- Build prospection database per sector
- Implement marketing strategies in order to raise awareness on cards
- Develop non fuel revenues
- Implement monitoring tools for card portfolio
- Promote the company's capture more market share.
- Negotiate& Sign new contracts.
- Retrench sales within existing customers.
- Visit key account and train them on new functionalities available
- Supportthe company's Cards customers to achieve desired control and cost reduction through the cards system.
- Staff Training in service stations and follow up after with the training team after the schedule of training to make sure that all stations are well trained.
- Installing new EPTs in new stations.
- Preparing list of potential stations needed and follow with retail team the implementation to increase the number of stations using cards.
- Follow up on the financial situation of each customer.
- Implementing new innovative idea to improve TOMCARD positioning.
- Follow activity rate of existing customer
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
- Ensure all customer requests are processed
Qualifications :
- University graduate
- At least 2 years experience in this position.
- leader spirit.
- Organized, self motivated and analytical thinking.
- Solving problems.
- Decision maker.
- Excellent negotiations and communication skills
- Regularly exposed to certain types of risks
- Has a good knowledge of the appropriate behavior to be adopted when these risks occur
