An online education university is hiring an HR Office Manager for their Administration office located in Zamalek
Job Description:
- Lead on recruiting our initial team in the Cairo office, with a focus on software developers;
- Establish relationships with local recruitment agencies as and when needed
- Help build a culture in Cairo office which is consistent with the university’s culture across the world and promote the company’s mission and values
- Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel
- Setup and manage all administrative aspects of the office
- Manage all operational aspects of the of office to ensure a healthy, comfortable and attractive working environment is setup and maintained
- Supervises the maintenance of overall office
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in an HR related field
- At least five (5) years of working experience as HR Generalist/Office Manager, ideally including dealing with global teams
- Experience in Onboarding, Performance Management, and Offboarding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation and reporting skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Has high-level of professionalism, is independent and a self-starter
- A good team player with experience working in virtual and cross-cultural teams
- Extremely organized and methodical in approach to problem-solving and able to manage information systems
- Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint, preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-only work environment and perform well under tight time constraints and changing deadlines
