An online education university is hiring a Senior Social Media Manager for their Administration office located in Zamalek
Job Description :
- Oversee all company social media accounts management
- Curate and implement organic social media and communication campaigns to build brand and promote the university's degrees
- Respond to comments and customer inquiries in an effective and timely manner
- Organize and partake in events to build community and boost brand awareness
- Monitor accounts and report on feedback and online reviews
- Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
- Engage the university's team in active social media activity
- Use efficiently social media tools to get bigger engagement and reach
- Engage with key influencers and thought leaders to reinforce the university'sbrand
- Analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
Qualifications :
- 3/4+ years' experience as a community manager/social media manager/social media strategist
- Social media prowess: good knowledge of the changing landscape and emerging technologies
- AdvancedEnglish proficiency
- Customer service skills
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics.
