An international company located in Down Town is hiring an Office Manager to the VP or Chairman (Female)


Job Description :
  • Handle travel arrangements, group visits, international correspondences (German - English - Arabic)
  • Handle VP or Chairman Agenda, prepare for meetings internal and external, receive phone calls and plan his schedule.
  • Attend meetings, take meeting minutes and follow up on their achievement.
  • Handle some projects, monitor milestones, tasks, and resources to get things done on time
  • Compile reports, summarize data and prepare the needed analytics to support decision making.
  • Deal with different customers, suppliers, Departments, and visitors professionally to maintain the image of the office.
Qualifications :
  • Computer Skills:Excellent in MS office suit
  • Language Proficiency:Excellent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • Experience Background:Administrative
  • Years of Experience:7 Years and above
