Job Description :
  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
  • Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as required.
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
  • Schedule meetings, book meeting rooms and prepare meeting agenda.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices.
Qualifications :
  • Computer Skills:Excellent in MS office suit
  • Gender:Female
  • Language Proficiency:Excellent in Arabic and English (weitten and spoken)
  • Years of Experience:4-6 Years
