An international company located in Kuwait is requesting a Lead Training


Job Description:
  • Manage and oversee the Training Department by assuming higher responsibility for the Department’s functions and activities.
Qualifications:
  • B.E in Chemical Engineering or Diploma in Chemical or Equivalent
  • Age: 35 - 65 Years
  • A minimum of 15 years’ of experience in Operations of Refinery / Petrochemicals.
  • Deep knowledge of refinery process.
  • Strong people management and interpersonal skills.
  • Good written, verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Knowledgeable of policies, procedures and best practices in the areas
