A reputable company located in Aden,Yemen is hiring a Marketing Director (Male)
Job Description :
- Proposing the marketing strategy of the Group and developing it annually and actively contributing with the Board of Directors in the development of strategic marketing plans
- The continuous rehabilitation of the General Administration of Marketing and Sales and the proposed structures, policies, procedures, tools and budgets necessary to control and improve the marketing and sales activities in all the Group companies.
- Full supervision of all marketing, promotion and sales activities in all the companies of the group and the development of the policy of periodic evaluation of the performance of the equipment and sales working in the companies of the group and supervise the implementation
- Proposing sales group policies and sales team in accordance with scientific principles that contribute to the expansion and spread and increase the market share in all sales areas in which it operates.
- Launch new products or recycle existing products through specific recovery and improvement programs to bring them back to the fore
- Develop plans, programs, pricing strategies, promotions, presentations, market offers and product offerings required to improve the performance of the sales team, help spread and expand the customer base, attract more of them and consolidate the identity of products and group companies into the final consumer mind.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing and preferably Master's degree in specialization
- 10 years of experience as an expert, consultant or director of marketing sector in industrial and commercial companies in the field of import, marketing or food industry
- Excellent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Good in MS office suit
- Know the methods, methods and means of e-marketing
