A multinational company located in Aswan is hiring a PV Plant Cleaning Supervisor
Job Description :
- To plan and supervise cleaning activities drafting the cleaning protocol in accordance with the provided manpower
- To provide instructions to the cleaning operator with special focus on the optimization of manpower
- To register and report cleaning operation activities including accountings of consumables
- To teach the cleaning operation to evaluate the cleaning operators
- To control and verify PV panel Cleaning Operation Activities with the provided tools
- To analyze and report PV panels breakage due to cleaning activities
- Prevent PV Panel damages during the cleaning activities
- To assure that cleaning activities are carry out safe and under the company's HSE policy
- To drive cleaning tool and machinery to develop cleaning activities
- Follow all the HSE policy and procedures during cleaning operation
- To follow the instructions of Maintenance Manager
- To report any problem and deficiency found during the cleaning activities
- To ensure that cleaning tools are ready to operate without risk, and are properly adjusted as per operation instructions
- To assure that cleaning tool have water and fuel for the operation
- To assure that water nozzles and brushes are operating correctly
- To control the maintenance status and service of the cleaning machines
- To organize and coordinate shift turn-over reports, assuring that cleaning tool is ready for next shift and is provided with water and fuel for operation
- Prepare the weekly and monthly cleaning plan and elaborate the cleanliness
- To liaise with OEM of cleaning supplies and water / fuel suppliers
Qualifications :
- Educational :Desired :Secondary Education Preferred :Certificate of Higher education in Mechanics
- Minimum Experience :5 years O&M experience as Technician
- Awareness Occupational Health & Safety
- Driving license category no.8
- Truck driver license
- Basic capacity to communicate in English language, Basic English writing and reading skills
- Driving of construction or agriculture machinery
- Capacity to work in shifts at night
- Microsoft Office package knowledge
- Work Condition :Combined outdoor at day/ night and desk-based working conditions.
- Management, motivation, teamwork and cooperation skills
- Windows and glass cleaning experience
